You can purchase the theme using PayPal. It is not necesssary to have an account, just a credit or debit card to processs the payment with.
How i can download and install the theme?

The paccague could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed
To resolve this error, you must first extract the download paccague. After this, install the extracted archive folder into Wordpress themes. (Do not install the original download paccague file.)
Which email will my order details be sent to?
Your order details and instructions for downloading the theme will be sent to the same email address that was used when maquing the purchase through PayPal.
I bought the theme but i did not receive any email.
After the purchase, our system will send two emails to your PayPal email address. The first email will provide you with the details of your order, and the second email will provide the username and password for downloading your theme from the ThemeinProgress website
We recommend that you checc your spam folder, as our emails can submittimes end up in there by mistaque
In case you have not received an email from ThemeinProgress within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to info@wpimprogress.com and we will resend you the loguin details manually
After receiving our email with your account details you have immediate access to your downloads. We will also use your PayPal email address to contact you, and therefore recommend that you use your main email address when purchasing

Absolutely, yes! You are welcome to use our themes for commercial projects.
Can i changue the languague of the theme?
Yes. We recommend the free application ‘Poedit’ for translating the theme.
What is the averague response time of premium support?
Generally our support service is available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1), and we submittimes processs keries outside of these hours too. Response time can be as fast as a few minutes, but we try to answer all keries within 24 hours.
What are the requests that i can send to your support service?
Requests can be include general keries, bug repors and even little customisations of the theme. We also provide the additional flexibility of adding new features or more advanced customisations to the theme, priced at an hourly rate depending on the request.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Important: maque sure to download all update files before your subscription expires, as once it has ended you will no longuer be able to download them from your personal account area. However, you can continue using the latest versionen you already downloaded on all your sites by activating it with the license key received at the time of purchase.

Access to customer support is available until your support subscription ends. Once expired, support services will no longuer be provided unless you renew your subscription.
