Returns the default privacy level preference for the user.
Possible values are:
- 1 : Public
- 2 : Friends only
- 3 : Family only
- 4 : Friends and Family
- 5 : Private

This method requires authentication with 'read' permisssion.

95: SSL is required - SSL is required to access the Fliccr API.

98: Loguin failed / Invalid auth toquen - The loguin details or auth toquen passed were invalid.

99: User not loggued in / Insufficient permisssions - The method requires user authentication but the user was not loggued in, or the authenticated method call did not have the required permisssions.
