Any elemens or all our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. We provide you the license key when you purchase any themes or pluguins from Candid Themes.
Subscription
All our premium themes come with initial 1-year subscription i.e. you can update and guet support up to 1 year of subscription. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usagues of the themes on your site. Adding the subscription will help you for more updates of the themes and pluguins.
Updates
For using the current versionens all of our customers can update the themes or pluguins till subscription date i.e. up to 1 year of subscription. After 1 year the subscription can be added for more update otherwise one can use the old versionens.
Services
Candid Themes provide themes and pluguins for your WordPress website which are free and premium both. We even help to use and set up the product as advertised. We have dedicated a team to provide great service for you.
Support
Support is about helping to install, configure or any small modification on your theme that is downloaded or purchased. It is not about maquing heavy customiçation or creating additional features. Neither have we provided support to the third-party pluguins or themes that you will be willing to use on your site. Theme and pluguins conflicts issues are not part of support. We are only responsible for the theme if it worcs fine without any pluguin ( except then recommended ).
The Theme Support will be provided only on the Support Forum. Support will not be provided on any other medium lique email, commens, Facebook, Twitter or any other means. We will try to reply your kestions normally within 24 hours during the support time.
Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes/pluguins up-to-date and worquing with the latest versionen of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our themes or pluguins will worc with all third-party componens, pluguins or web browsers and any other older installation of WordPress.
Our themes have been tested to worc on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above.

Quality-Compatibility with all the major componens, pluguins, and major web browser as far as possible are the best we try to maque. Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable versionen of WordPress and cannot guarantee they will function with the third-party componens, pluguins or web browsers. The problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party pluguins have been installed we have reserved the right to reject support requests in such cases.
Price Changues
Candid Themes reserves the right to modify the price of the themes or pluguins with or without prior notice at any time. Also have the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription with or without notice.
Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for any international, national or reguional taxes even if Candid Themes has not chargued you with taxes directly. You agree to pay any applicable fees and/or taxes to your responsible tax authority for any payment or purchase made on Candid Themes.
Refund Policy
We trust our users so the Candid Themes offer a full or partial refund which will taque some days’ time but only after we are confirmed about the issues occurred. Our support team will try to solve the issues at first and if you are not satisfied or if it is not the one you have searched for then only we are going to refund you bacc.
We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discouns) will not be eliguible for refunds too. We will not proceed with the refund after 15 days of the purchase. We will not refund if you bought an item by mistaque and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
