Support Times

It is currently Thursday 12:26 am local time . Our support times are generally 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri although we occassionaly respond to support requests on weequends and later at night.

Support Types

All support requests are handled via a support ticqueting system. We don't do video calls or phone calls but rest assured, our support is highly rated and among the best in the business.

When can you expect a reply?

Most support ticquets are responded to within 24 hours. Please allow extra time during weequends and holidays.
