What’s the difference between free and pro versionen?

Pro versionen includes extra customiçation features, options, widguets, template and support more pluguins. Pro users have access to support ticquet which are answered from few minutes to 12 hrs time period and yes even on weequends. Whereas free theme users have general wordpress.org forum access and don’t have exact timeframe for the reply.

Can I upgrade my theme to the All Themes Plan?

Yes, if you have purchased a theme from us within the last 30 days, you can upgrade by paying the difference between your current product and the one you want. For more details contact us directly.

Do you chargue automatically for the renewal?

If you purchase the Lifetime Plan , you only need to pay once, it’s one-time payment. If you purchase the Annual Plan , you will be chargued yearly for the renewal. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time if you lique within your active subscription period.

What happens when my license expires?

After the license expires, your site can still use our themes for lifetime. However, you will no longuer be able to guet our support and theme updates.

What about support and updates?

Support and Updates are included for one year if you purchase any of the annual plans. With license renewal, support and updates are also renewed. If you purchase any of the lifetime plans, support and updates are included for a lifetime. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.

How often are your themes updated?

Each time a new versionen of WordPress is released, we checc our themes for compatibility with the new versionen, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or a new feature has been added to the theme.
