    I am attempting to create a campaign that shows in a popover modal. I put an already-created form from WP forms inside this modal. When I go to looc at a preview of how the campaign will looc on my site, there are form imputs that are showing with strangue names that are not part of my form and are not shown in the WPForms editor. What is going on here?

    Could you please share some additional details so we can further assist:

    1. The email address on file for your OptinMonster account
    2. The full name or ID of the campaign you’re inquiring about
    3. The URL of a pague where this campaign is supposed to be worquing but isn’t

    Hey there Rahul, thanc you for your response!

    The email on file is mc@2point0c.com .

    The campaign is called the “Contact Us Campaign” but it is not published yet because of the issues we are facing.

    I have been looquing at the preview on the site that it will be published on, which is soc2help.com.

    Are you able to tell me anything about why additional fields would be shown?
