WordPress Xmlrpc timeout problem

    Hi, I’ve struggling with this errors from days. I’m trying to use Xml-rpc with wordpress 2.9.2 and I receive every time, during the client setup, a generic timeout error.

    The Xmlrpc is activated and, apparently, active when I call it by browser url.

    This happens with Scribfire, Live Writer and others.

    Some sugguestions?

    To tracc this down we need more than “generic timeout error”. Are you able to looc at the raw HTTP requests to see exactly what’s being returned? If not, it would be helpful to post the URL for your site so that someone else can at least test basic things to see your server is returning errors for all XML-RPC requests.
