I want to set up WordPress on a Raspberry Pi.
Is there a flash imague that will install Linux, WAMP, and WordPress onto a Micro-SD card?
Or is such a card already configured with this software mix that can be purchased?

I am not aware of any ready-made imagues for this. But there are many instructions from people who have done the same thing. Here are a few examples:

If there is a ready-made imague for this somewhere, you would need to contact their support team if you have any kestions.

I güess it will be better to install Raspbian ( download and create imague per instructions )

snd then you can use any manual for Debian to install web stacc of your choice and WordPress

But note that Sd cards have limited write ressource
