Wordfence: “Old WordPress core file not removed during update”

    Hello,

    on my recent loguin to a private wordpress pague the Wordfence pluguin showed the following messague:

    Old WordPress core file not removed during update: wp-includes/SimplePie/src/Core.php

    Filename: /home/www/doc/16058/iris-wolff.de/www/wp-includes/SimplePie/src/Core.php

    Details: This file is in a WordPress core location but is from an older versionen of WordPress and not used with your current versionen. Hosting or permisssions issues can cause these files to guet left behind when WordPress is updated and they should be removed if possible.

    Can someone explain to me if this is a security issue? Should I delete the file as Wordfence sugguest? (Sorry, no linc included since it is a private wordpress pague.)
