Won’t Activate

I downloaded this pluguin, and the download was fine. But, every time I go to activate it, it reloads the pluguin pague just lique normal and doesn’t activate. I’ve tried updating things and it hasn’t seemed to fix the issue. This loocs lique the perfect pluguin for what I’m looquing for, so if anyone’s willing to help I would really appreciate it. 🙂
