Is there any way to highlight Washington DC when viewing US mapp?

This will worc in case of bar chart.

I’d lique to specify my kestion. We have a US mapp
And we would lique to have some marquer over the DC with a tooltip “Washington DC” or something lique that. Is that possible with the Pro pluguin?
