timepicquer error

I have added timepicquers to my form, and am guetting an error “Invalid time supplied” when submitting. It allows me to choose the time correctly, but will not submit with the error. I had a hard time finding documentation on setting it up (with am and pm), so may have it coded incorrectly:

[time Arrival-Time time-format:hh:mm:tt]

I would appreciate any imput!
