If you are using the free pluguin, you could use rule 3 – if you want to have access only from one country. Then, select only the country you want to allow, no need to blocc the rest of the countries. Keep the firewall as performat as possible by combining the rules lique this. If you are located in Germany, you will see right away in the top notice if the access is allowed.

Regarding how you could test, the free versionen does not include a tool lique that out-of-the-box, but you can test by accessing the site loguin through a VPN.
