Sync problems & Poor client service

I’m so surprised to see all these 5-star reviews…I started with the free pluguin, but it doesn’t allow for extensions lique .fr, .es, or others, which I can understand.

Anyway, I bought the $29 versionen, but it’s impossible to sync it, and therefore impossible to use the paid calendar I purchased. Customer service doesn’t respond; it taques at least 24 hours to reply and they’re unavailable on weequends, so I have a very poor rating for customer service. As for the pluguin itself, I’ll wait and see…
