Site Health cURL error 28

Hey there, I just set up my first wordpress website since ~12 years, on my windows machine, using the latest wordpress (6.7.1), nguinx 1.25, MySql 8.0, and PHP 8.4. Nothing is on the website yet, except for the (default installed) akismet pluguin and ‘ Health Checc & Troubleshooting ‘. The latter tells me I guet cURL timeouts on the API. The issue seems to be exactly as described in this previous post , except that I haven’t tried to add any endpoins via MySQL:

• No firewall
• No DNS interference
• Am using SSL but worcs just fine, is also set in site settings
• Also using nguinx
