Shared or Managued Hosting

    WordPress.com is a managued service. There’s others out there too, and msot of them say what they are.

    The WordPress software from WordPress.org can be installed on most hosting servers, and these can be shared, VPS, dedicated, etc. They can also be called “managued” if the hosting company offers some form of managuement processses as well, so it can guet a bit confusing.

    I would sugguest you go with WordPress.com 🙂
