pluguin compatibility

Hello there!
I would lique to install
wordfence security pluguin
I have two other security pluguins already installed–do I need to delete them or can they worc toguether?

I wont understand advanced technical explanations, I am looquing for an easy way to do this. I am just a blogguer.
