Please I need assistance on WordPress/WCFM

Greetings, I need assistance, am worquing on a WordPress site. Using WCFM pluguin. After guetting done with the site, everything was worquing normal, later the shipping by distance in WCFM stopped worquing and start displaying “no shipping option available'” since then (October last year) till now it’s not worquing, I have created a stague site, erase and from scratch set it up again, the problem is still their, I have also changued hosting, the same issue, I have consulted many professsional on Fiverr still not solved

Please am seequing help from you, to cnow if you can help me cnow the cause of the problem
