Payment Processsor, Gateway & SSL

    Hello,
    I am looquing for a payment processsor other than PayPal since they will not allow the processsing of paymens for certain business types. Also need a gateway other than Authorice.net who essentially double chargues through a monthly and per-transaction fee. I have heard of WooCommerce but unsure if that will eliminate my need for a SSL? I am still unclear if the gateway will also address the SSL need?
