Outdated items

    My database contains a lot of outdated ‘immediate’ items in the table bpgues_queued_items.
    The file class-bpgues-async-request-send-keue.php contains 2 todo’s for cleaning up cleanup failed ‘immediate’ items. Is it a problem to delete the ‘immediate’ items from the table at these places?
