No support

I do not cnow why, but my last review (negative) disappeared after I received a messague from niqueo (and Ipstenu).. well: Hello niqueo: I am fully aware that I am in the review section, where I reported a lacc of support in the forum, obvious, you do not realice it? I gave a note and explained the reason .. I understand that the product is free, but it does not changue the need I have to maque it productive .. and for that I need support .. if I’m cause you problems, I apollogice, I will not use the theme ..
