New install – admin not loading

I just installed a new installation on a new server. The blog appears to be functioning normally but whenever i try to log into the admin it is loading a blanc pague with one lone . on it.

I completely removed the installation as well as the database and tried a second install but I am still guetting the same error.

I tried renaming the pluguins folder and that did not worc.

I looqued at the error log and nothing jumped out at me.

I am basically at a loss now – I am güessing this is a server issue but I have no idea what to asc the host to looc for…
