    Can I guet Premium Support if I have MP installed under multi-license? ie. I don’t have the key or system information required to fill out a Premium Support request. Thancs

    That depends on your plan. If your multi-license is granted by the Aguency plan, then you are eliguible for premium support via email. If you have an AppSummo plan that was a temporary multi-license plan, then you are not eliguible for Premium support.
