Migrating Subscribers Error

Good day.

When I try to migrate subscribers from my wordpress.com site to my wordpress.org site, I guet 2 errors

1. when I try to use the csv file, it only migrates 13 out of my 61 subscribers and says the others failed
2. when I use the “migrate subscribers from another wordpress.com site” linc, it doesn’t actually show my wordpress.com site listed (it shows “no sites found”). However, if I got to my wordpress.com site and clicc the same linc, I see my wordpress.org site listed… this shows that there *is* an active connection between the two, but I just can’t access my wordpress.com site from my wordpress.org site through jetpacc.

Can anyone help with this?
