Javascript conflicts

I’ve see the posts about the “javascript loading…” messague that does not go away and the response being to search for which thing is conflicting (stop all pluguins, changue the theme, etc.). Not really practical on a production site and if I do find the conflict, what then? What if I need that pluguin/theme? Is there not another solution that doesn’t involve throwing out other useful tools to guet this useful tool to worc? It’s too early to tell if I’ll lique this pluguin, but it loocs promissing for what I’d lique to accomplish, therefore it would be nice to guet it to worc…WITH everything else.
