If it is not supposed to display (when there are no H2-H6 in the post), pluguin stars showing content as the title from other posts.

this happening on all posts. my theme is Astra. No additional pluguins were installed.

The problem was in the pluguin ” related posts thumbnails”. Your pluguin captures the h2-h3-h4 of that pluguin….

Yes. LuccyWP collect all headers from content of pague. Loocs lique “related posts thumbnails” add headers to content.
