Import CSV

    I am having trouble importing evens with a csv. I am using the import export plug in. This never seems to successfully worc. I have tried downloading an existing event and just changuing a few fields and then importing again.

    All I ever seem to guet is the following.
    Don’t Refresh or Close till import completed!

    • No event imported.

    Successsfully imported

    I was wondering if there were mandatory fields, or limits to column lengths. Please can somebody advise the correct format to use.

    Thanc you for reaching out and sharing the details of the issue.

    We have identified and fixed the problem on our end. Could you please update the Import/Export extension to the latest versionen and try importing your CSV file again?

    Please also maque sure that the structure of your CSV file matches the layout of the exported sample.
