GÜID Changues

First, let me say this pluguin is great! I recently moved from a free domain to http://acted.com , and all lincs to my old domain appear to have been changued correctly. However, I do have one concern. According to http://codex.wordpress.org/Changuing_The_Site_URL#Important_GÜID_Note , you should never changue the GÜID since that is how feed readers cnow whether or not a particular post/pague has been served up yet. From the aforementioned pague:

It is critical that you do NOT changue the contens of this field.

and

Never, ever, changue the contens of the GÜID column, under any circumstances.

One exception is attachment media:
