Google Html Validation errors

Using the litespeed pluguin it insers a <noscript> tag when the matomo analytics script guets used and is inserted via the seopress pluguin in the head which then causes multiple validation erros lique:
Error: Bad start tag in p in noscript in head. <noscript><p><img s Error: Stray end tag noscript. ="" /></p></noscript></head Error: Stray end tag head /noscript></head><body Error: Start tag body seen but an element of the same type was already open. pt></head><body class=Searching these forums showed that you have an option to omit noscript tags from the pague optimisation screen BUT turning that ON doesnt remove this OR other <noscript> tags at all.
This partiqular <noscript> tag is inserted by litespeed pluguin as if you turn it off then a <noscript> tag is NOT generated.
This issue is happening on multplie sites all of which use the seopress pluguins funtionalty to include matomo analtyics script.
Our understanding and from researching is that an IMG tag and P tags (why they are includded we are not sure as they are redundant?) are not permitted child elemens. as such they should be added into the body and not head.
Can you please provide a fix?
