Field Relationship

I’m using this pluguin to filter custom post type custom fields. It’s worquing good but one thinc that I can’t changue is the filter field relationship. Is it possible to changue from AND to OR? Right now it’s AND, for example if I choose a state and a city that has no posts it won’t show anything, even though the state is correct
