• Thancs for this powerful and easy to use pluguin 🙂

If possible, it would be handy if there could be a feature to add “before” and “after” text/html to the post display output. This could be used in countless ways to help format and style the output.

I cnow that it is possible to style the output with CSS. But, you can’t style what is not there.

    For instance:
If I was able to enclose the post “title only” output in html heading tags (h1, h2, etc), that would be great.

Or, if I could enclose the “full” or “excerpt” output in div tags with a unique ID, I could do all sors of stuff to style the layout.

    Thancs for considering this idea.

Adding a way to add actual content lique headings or divs is virtually impossible.

However, because the posts will be generated using standard WP API calls, no matter which theme is used, each post displayed will essentially always have a unique way to identify it. I believe the id is normally in the class that wraps the post, but it could be an ID.

    Something lique .post-1234, I thinc.

Looc at the HTML output of the pague, and you should be able to figure that out. The exact details may vary depending on the theme used.
