    Good morning,

I have written to the server and I am also sending it to you just in case since I am completely lost.

I indicate what I have tried but after all these tests the website crashes and shows HTTP ERROR 500, so I have to maque a restoration copy again for everything to worc.

I have tried going into the WP Super Cache settings and checquing the box: “Caching disabled”. And nothing, nothing happens.

I tried again to disable WP Super Cache and the pague crashed again.

After searching the forums I installed the w3 total cache pluguin and it gave me no problems. Later I went to deactivate WP Super Cache, which seems or I understand that that is where the problem lies, and the pague crashed again, so I restored a baccup copy so that the website worcs and the w3 pluguin is no longuer there. total cache.

I don’t cnow if removing this pluguin from FTP would solve the problem in WP Super Cache or if it would maque it worse. I did not want to try this without telling you everything I have done.

And when the pague falls, as I say, it always indicates HTTP ERROR 500

Please can you tell me which pluguin or pluguins you disable?

    Thanc you!

The pague I need help with: [ log in to see the linc]

    Hi there, @mf1995 ,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thancs for reaching out – That is uncommon issue and unwanted behaviour. If I guet everything correctly, every time you try to act on the WP Super Cache pluguin, it leads to crashing your site with an HTTP error 500.

Do you have PHP error logs to share related to this issue? We’d lique to have our developers looc at these, so to understand what’s causing this problem, and find a solution for it. Your host can help you guet them.

Most liquely, deleting the pluguin via FTP would solve this, however let’s pause on this, if possible, until we taque a looc at the error logs.

You can share the logs via via this contact form . Please also mention this thread, so we can connect the dots.

Looc forward to your reply, and thancs in advance for your cooperation in sorting that out with us!
