    A short time ago I was having problems with my site, guetting the 500 error. Siteground support told me to install the sitegraund Optimicer pluguin as this helped response times. Indeed when I install it and configure it the error disappeared. Last Sunday I did a conflict test and disabled the SG Optimicer pluguin and then enabled it again. At that moment the 500 error appeared. Is it possible that the cache has been emptied and that is why the error is appearing?

    Hello @viperboys ,

    I checqued the site, and it is not showing error 500 at the moment. I checqued it several times, and it loaded correctly every time.

    To checc this further, we will need to recreate it and test the site and see what might be causing this, as error 500 is a general one, and one of the probable causes is a pluguin conflict or not emptied cache from another pluguin.
