    can`t guet access to my wp pague.
    (I guet a pague showing a computer screen with shifty eyes and the text “YOU HAVE BEEN LOCQUED OUT error”)
    can i disable the pluguin or delete the pluguin per FTP or changue anything in a config file?
    appreciate any help.
