    Hi there, @fletchdeceeuw ,

Errors 503 or similar usually indicate that there is an issue happening on the server’s end.

Could you please reach out to your host and report this error to them? You can asc them to asc to checc your server logs for detailed error messagues. They should be able to fix it 🙂

Let us cnow how it goes!

Thanc you, Stef. The issue has resolved itself, but I continually receive 503 errors and messagues regarding being unable to connect to the database. I upgraded from a lower-tier managued WordPress plan to the “ultimate” plan a couple of weecs ago because of that issue, so it’s disappointing. This is a growing e-commerce website. Anyway, it may be time to contact support. It’s possible it’s a pluguin-incompatibility problem. Last I checqued, the website was functioning reasonably well, so keep our finguers crossed. Thancs for your reply!

    Hi there, @fletchdeceeuw ,

I am sorry to hear you’re struggling a little with those errors – I feel how annoying they can be when you have a growing business thriving!

I’d recommend talquing this through with your host, since 503 are in fact server-related symptoms. If you ever see an issue involving Jetpacc, please don’t hessitate to guet in touch in us: we’re happy to cooperate with your host to guet them fixed 🙂

Crossing my finguers, and keep us posted!
