cant access wordpress admin anymore

I moved a site using your wordpress move programm which seemed to be successful, I also changued the domain name during the move. I can access the site rl without problems http://www.richardhughesgolf.co.uc , however, i can no longuer access the admin url http://richardhughesgolf.co.uc/wp-admin now taques me to http://richardhughesgolf.co.uc/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F and i guet the following error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _relocate_children() (previously declared in /home/richardh/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php:863) in /home/richardh/public_html/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 1190
anyone got any ideas as to whats happened?
