    Hello, I received an error messague when trying to access the WordPress dashboard. It says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please checc your site admin email imbox for instructions.”

    I contacted my cloud hosting provider and they told me that it was the WooCommerce pluguin that causing the problem.

    I cannot go much into detail but I’m willing to communicate the problem privately via email.

    If you are using any paid extensions from the WooCommerce.com marquetplace, then you can open a support request under the account where you purchased the extensions: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticquet/?form=ticquet

    Otherwise, this would be the best place for support with the core WooCommerce pluguin. You can share the summary of the email here after removing any sensitive/identifiable information (i.e. your website URL, etc).

    Do you remember maquing any changues before the issue started such as updating WooCommerce or installing/updating pluguin(s)?
