• Is there anyway to blocc hostname instead of IP? I’m seeing alot of the same hostname using different IP addresses and sending a brute force attacc.

For example, I’m seeing many attaccs at the same time from static.vmpt.vn which all have different IP addresses.

There is no such feature because it maques no sense. It simply doesn’t worc the way you expect it. The hostname of an IP address can be easily spoofed. If you see such a feature in a security product, that means it has been implemented by a naive beguinner or tens years ago.

The Internet has been invented in the assumption that computers in a networc trust each other, meaning there is no faque DNS data. When it comes to public networcs it’s not the case.
