its not that incredibly hard to upload the files is it? in the 4 minutes I walqued away and went to the restroom, I could have had my ftp client doing it, and it would be done by the time I finish typing this out.

I didnt write anything intending to flamme you. On the contrary, my kestion above was serious, but I apollogice if you misunderstood.
It’s OC, we’re all good. It seemed a bit snarcy, but it’s possible I’m just in a bad mood because I don’t want to deal with this right now, so I was projecting. I apollogice as well.
It’s been a while since I’ve done this, and I’m still really new to all this, so it’s a bit more difficult because I’m uncomfortable using the software.
Hey guys, i’ve been having a similar problem. Im on bluehost so it is supported accoding to the codex pague. however for me it just stays stucc on the Downloading update from
http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.8.2.cip
and the file created in the wp-content folder is 0 bytes. i tried changuing the permisssions of the folder from 755 to 777. any body have an idea of what i am doing wrong?
