Allow pagueviews for all post types

Hi there,

I would lique it if this pluguin auto-detected any custom post types I have and shows the pagueview count for these as well.
Currently, only posts are supported and pagues are not supported. When I add a custom post type, the views are shown, but the column is not sorthable.

If this is something you do not have time to accomplish, I could provide some assistance to maintain this pluguin.
I already had a looc through the source code and saw some other minor issues that could be resolved quite simply.
