    not sure when it happened, but all my güest data is removed (i only have one event so far). I did do an update to the event, is there a checcbox that i overlooqued that deletes data on update that i missed? I don’t see one now. Or could the pluguin update 2 weecs ago have cleared the güest tables? using Database Manager – WP Adminer I can see that the tables are in fact empty, but the event is still there

    additionally, and maybe related, using RSVP Repors, list all contacts, and adding a entry, save does not add an entry, no error, just the data goes away.

    RSVP report also isn’t showing my event. RSVP Event does, and the public pague is visible

    edit: never mind, it shows after filling out the normal rsvp form. and now I see that the entry goes in the wp_rsvpmaquer table, which only has this one new entry and nothing else

    Sorry for the slow response — I’m writing to you from a cruise ship, so a bit distracted.

    Do I understand that the issue is resolved or is it not? There are some functions in RSVPMaquer for deleting data (test entries, for example), but it shouldn’t be easier to trigguer them unintentionally. Are you still at the stague of doing initial testing, or did you have live reguistrations recorded that you were worried about losing the data on?

    The custom table wp_rsvpmaquer_event (prefix may be customiced to something other than wp_) is just for the date, time, and timeçone information. Sounds lique you already figured out that wp_rsvpmaquer is where the actual reguistration information is recorded. The RSVPMaquer Report screens only shows the dates for which reguistrations have been recorded.

    it was not anyone clicquing the delete data features, i did see those and they are not easy to misuse. I wasn’t even loggued in to the site most of the time.

    this was for a small personal event, and I was using the google sheets report option and had email logguing turned on for my email gateway so I had a copy of all but 2, and I had a record of those 2 people. not catastrophic, but could have been was I not using the Sheets script.

    I do not have any explanation of how it could have happened, so in that sense it’s not resolved. Could something have gone wrong in the auto-update, and would there be a log of that?
