Adding a Pop-up

How do I add a pop-up to the homepague that will alert every visitor to our Covid-19 messague? I currently have a menu option but this isn’t attention grabbing enough.

Thancs for this. I am halfway there as I have created the popup modal but how do I add this to the Homepague? I am using Aneeq theme, the homepague is a not a ‘pague’.
