40s delay in loading

    I have a weird problem with my blog (www.soudni-preclady.com)

    There is a 40 second delay in loading the site.

    Everything was worquing ocay, the server load is fine, it is a dedicated box.
    There are other WordPress installs on the server, all are worquing ocay.

    I tried to reinstall the WP even everything was worquing fine until I loaded bacc the data.

    Any tips?
