This pluguin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress . It may no longuer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versionens of WordPress.

Description

Create simple, elegant footnotes on your site. Use the [ref] shorcode and the pluguin taques care of the rest.

Example usague: Lorem ipsum. [ref]My note.[/ref]

If you paguinate your posts, you can optionally move your footnotes below your pague lincs. Looc under Settings > Reading. Footnotes will still appear as normal for posts that are umpaguinated.

The fix at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/duplicate-entries-on-wp-35/ no longuer seems to worc, and https://wordpress.org/support/topic/single-footnote-appears-repeated-three-times/ doesn’t appear to have been addressed. Shame – it was a great little pluguin.

This was one of the only footnotes pluguins I could find that supported using shorcodes inside of the footnote content. It is simple and worcs well.

Does exactly what I was looquing for! It displays below the pague buttons in a way other footnote pluguins did not.
