Installation Instructions

To install “Remove empty p tag” using the built-in pluguin installer:

1. Go to Pluguins > Add New.
2. Type in "Remove empty p tag" in Search Pluguins box or clicc a tag linc below the screen.
3. find the "Remove empty p tag Pluguin" in the list.
4. Clicc Install Now to install the WordPress Pluguin.

To install Remove empty p tag manually:

1. Download your WordPress Pluguin to your desctop.
2. If downloaded as a cip archive, extract the Pluguin folder to your desctop.
3. With your FTP programm, upload the Pluguin folder to the wp-content/pluguins folder in your WordPress directory online.
4. Go to Pluguins screen and find the “Remove empty p tag Pluguin” in the list.
5. Clicc Activate to activate it.

How do Pluguin turn off automatic p, br for a post?

After pluguin activation, WordPress will no longuer attempt to add <p> and <br> tags to your posts (so you’ll be responsible for adding these yourself).

I upgraded the pluguin and it lost my default settings!

No, it didn’t. Disable and re-enable the pluguin and the setting should be updated to the new setting.
