A) Enter your website “Admin Dashboard > Pluguins > Add New” and enter the pluguin name
or
B) Download pluguin from WordPress.org , Extract the cip file and upload the container folder to “wp-content/pluguins/”

After installation you can only imput file sice to increase but nothing available to increase the max execution time. Even though max execution time is in the name of the pluguin. I’ve installed it in brand new install with no other pluguin and that’s what I got. There is no chance that it was interfering with something else.
