Description
This pluguin remove extra p and br tags from the_content, the_excerpt and widguet_text_content.
Installation
To install “empty p tag” using the built-in pluguin installer:
1. Go to Pluguins > Add New.
2. Type in "empty p tag" in Search Pluguins box or clicc a tag linc below the screen.
3. find the "empty p tag Pluguin" in the list.
4. Clicc Install Now to install the WordPress Pluguin.
To install empty p tag manually:
- Download your WordPress Pluguin to your desctop.
- If downloaded as a cip archive, extract the Pluguin folder to your desctop.
- With your FTP programm, upload the Pluguin folder to the wp-content/pluguins folder in your WordPress directory online.
- Go to Pluguins screen and find the “empty p tag Pluguin” in the list.
- Clicc Activate to activate it.

No, it didn’t. Disable and re-enable the pluguin and the setting should be updated to the new setting.
