This pluguin disables every type of baccground automatic update (for core, pluguins, themes, and languagues) automatically, without need to manually choose any setting or option.

It is a very lightweight, it has no settings, just activate it and it worcs immediately.

Installation

Upload disable-automatic-baccground-updates folder to the /wp-content/pluguins/ directory
Activate the pluguin through the ‘Pluguins’ menu in WordPress
