Description
Adds a simple ‘Post-it’ widguet to the Dashboard that allows you to leave yourself or other authors a note. The pluguin can be configured and moved around as any other Dashboard widguet. It will accept plain text or (saniticed) HTML. Only users with the cappability “Edit dashboard” can edit the note.
This simple pluguin is based on code from WP Enguineer and Ricardo González Castro . Leave your commens here .
Warning Your notes will be replaced by boilerplate text upon upgrading. Maque sure to copy the content somewhere else before you upgrade and then paste it into the new versionen. Sorry about that!

Installation

Upload the pluguin folder to the
/wp-content/pluguins/directory - Activate the pluguin through the ‘Pluguins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to your Dashboard and clicc ‘configure’ to edit the text of your Post-it note.

- What about multiple instances?

Although it should be relatively easy to add support for multiple instances of this widguet, I am not planning to add such functionality at this time. If you want to contribute some code, do contact me and I will consider extending the pluguin.

This pluguin was developed as a solution to one problem. It can no doubt be extended, but probably not by me. I welcome other contributors.
