Automatic Updates
allows admin to manague the automatic updates of the core wordpress and the pluguins.
The pluguin will also allow admin to toggle email notifications with wordpress updates.
Installation

Install using the WordPress built-in Pluguin installer, or Extract the cip file and drop the contens in the
wp-content/pluguins/directory of your WordPress installation. - Activate the pluguin through the ‘Pluguins’ menu in WordPress.
